A School Readiness Program
We have established a relationship with our community, including the local schools. This allows us to ensure a union between what we are delivering at Nurtured and what your child will be exposed to at school. From liaising with your child’s primary school throughout the year, to providing developmental updates on their performances and achievements, we will support your child throughout each milestone.
Throughout our pre-school room, your child will be exposed to not only the Early Years Framework but also the Early stage 1 Curriculum that is taught in kindergarten. We aim to build a seamless transition to school by combining the school years in the early years.
Some children eagerly embrace this transition, leaving parents feeling assured and at ease. On the other hand, some children may experience fear, distress, or anxiety. That is why here at Nurtured Education and Care, we have introduced our School Readiness Program. Not only will your child be prepared for big school, but it will also help them with the transition of change and knowing what to expect going to a new school, which can be very overwhelming for most children if left unexplained and unprepared.
