These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nurtured Education & Care website (the “Site”) and your interactions with us online. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

These Terms operate alongside any enrolment agreements, policies and procedures that apply to families and children attending our centre.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems, or any other user’s data.

3. Enrolments, Waitlists and Tours

Forms submitted through the Site (including Enrol Today, Join Waitlist and Book A Tour) are expressions of interest only. Submission of a form:

• Does not guarantee a place at the centre
• Does not constitute a binding agreement
• Is subject to availability, eligibility, and our enrolment policies and procedures

We will contact you to discuss next steps, including documentation, orientation and confirmation of a place where possible.

4. Fees, CCS and Financial Information

Any information about fees, Child Care Subsidy (CCS) or other financial matters provided on the Site is general in nature and subject to change. Actual fees, CCS entitlements and any additional charges:

• Will be confirmed with you directly during the enrolment process
• May vary over time due to regulatory changes, government policy or centre decisions

You are responsible for ensuring your CCS and other government details are accurate and up to date with the relevant authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site is the property of Nurtured Education & Care or is used under licence. This includes:

• Text, copy and written content
• Logos, branding and design elements
• Images, graphics and photographs
• Layout, look and feel of the Site

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use relating to your interactions with our centre. You must not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or create derivative works from any content
• Use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

6. User Submissions

When you submit any information or content to us through the Site (e.g. forms, messages or feedback), you:

• Warrant that the information is accurate, complete and provided with appropriate authority
• Acknowledge that we may use this information to respond to your request, manage enrolments, and improve our services
